What is A.R.A.M.A. 36/37?

Created in April of  2006, the Association for the Recovery of Asturian Military Architecture 1936-1937 (A.R.A.M.A. 36/37) is an open and independent association, legally constituted, that has by purpose the study and conservation of the rest and testimonies of military architecture related to the Spanish civil war in the Principality of Asturias. Around these aims we fomented the grouping of whichever people get along with them and we organized activities oriented to its diffusion. Thus we promote the location and inventory of these rest and participated in works of recovery. We impelled its investigation and we promote actions precise to guarantee its protection.

In the sociocultural scope, we organized guided visits, excursions, routes... and to disclose our aims we promote to char them, conferences, exposciones and the edition of informative material.

It has A.R.A.M.A. 36/37 some political affiliation?

No. The Association does not respond to ideological interests nor politicians.

It has A.R.A.M.A. 36/37 inclination by some of the sides that faced in the Spanish civil war?

No.  Our only intention is to contribute to the preservation and transmission of the historical patrimony related to the fight y.la spreading of its knowledge from a scientific, objective and neutral exposition with respect to faced sides.

A.R.A.M.A Depends. 36/37 of some official organism?

No. A.R.A.M.A. it is a private association that does not depend on any ministry, council or city council, although can ask for  the collaboration of these and other institutions, you publish or private, to obtain his aims.

It has A.R.A.M.A. 36/37 profit spirit? From where it obtains his income?

A.R.A.M.A. 36/37 are an association without profit spirit and therefore it does not look for own economic benefits.   The Association basically obtains its income of the quotas of its partners and the subventions granted to the projects and organized activities.  The nongratuitous activities partner-cultures promoted by A.R.A.M.A.  36/37 finance with the extraordinary contribution of los/a interesados/as with the objective to cover the costs with the same ones. Possible additional benefits are reversed in other activities and projects in favor of the aims of the Association.

How I can do socio/a to me of A.R.A.M.A. 36/37?

They can enter in A.R.A.M.A. 36/37 all those greater people of 18 years than therefore ask for it in writing and that share the aims expressed in the statutes of the Association.

What advantages have to be partner?

Mainly the satisfaction to help of altruistic form to the study and conservation of the rest of the civil war that are conserved in diverse points of Asturian geography, counting itself between the group of enthusiastic that makes it possible.

To have in addition the opportunity to participate in the activities organized exclusively for the partners (visits guided the significant rest but, museums, exhibitions, to char them, colloquies, etc.)

To enjoy special prices in the own publications or third with which we have negotiated advantageous conditions.

To benefit from the investigation work that carries out the association, making its available all the compiled information.

I am not specialistic in the subject I can be associated?

By his since yes. It is possible to be collaborated in the A.R.A.M.A projects. 36/37 and to enjoy the activities programmed of very varied ways. All we can contribute something, because the workings are not confined exclusively to the scope of the investigation. There are partners who become jumbled in the documentary study, other that they prefer the work of field, are contribute them its sand granite in the administrative workings, in the legal advising, works of cleaning and restauranción, or that simply participate enjoying the monthly excursions.

How much it would cost to me to associate to me?

To the acceptance of the request the annual quota of the effective exercise is due to pay, fixed at the moment to 30 Euros, that becomes effective in a single payment. As of that moment the annual quota is paid annually in the month of January.

I can attend the divulging activities of A.R.A.M.A. 36/37 and to acquire its publications without being partner?

Many activities organized by A.R.A.M.A. are exclusive for their partners, others however are oriented the general public.

In first the partners only can participate and their direct relatives, in second can participate all interested person, although in case of not being gratuitous, the cost will be superior to the one of the partners. The publications published by the association can be acquired with no need to belong to the same one but to a price superior to the one of our partners.

I have a metal detector, if I become partner I can use it in the exits of field of the Association ?

By reasons for security and not to confuse the aims of the Association, it is not allowed to the use of detectors of metals in the official activities of A.R.A.M.A. 36/37 which does not prevent that you enjoy your liking in a personal view

Can be visited the social seat of A.R.A.M.A 36/37?

Of course. A.R.A.M.A. 36/37 have their social seat in the Hotel of Santullano Associations of Oviedo, where it shares facilities with other organizations. The only requirement to visit to us is to call to us before to make specific the visit. Thus, we will be able to take care of best the possible thing to him.

If alive outside Asturias, I can be A.R.A.M.A.36/37 partner?

ARAMA is an association registered in the Principality of Asturias whose main scope of performance (although nonexclusive) settles down in the territory of this independent community. It does not prevent that  between our partners there are people who even reside in other communities and outside Spain. Despite the applicant who is in this situation it must be conscious that their possibilities of participation in the activities of the Association more are reduced. If even so it wishes to contribute to our cause, extremely we will be pleased to consider his request of admission like partner.

The minor ones can be partners and to participate in the A.R.A.M.A activities  . 36/37?

The minor ones cannot be members of the Association but to participate in certain divulging activities if one of its legal ancestors or tutors is partner. In such case until turning the 14 years they will have to participate accompanied in some of his ancestors or legal tutors and from that age, if they wish it, will be able to participate in solitaire if they count on the authorization it express and in writing of legal his progenitor/a or tutor/a.

As partner I commit myself to make some activity of obligatory form?

Inexcusable obligation of the partners is to share the aims of the Association and to pay the corresponding quotas. He is desirable also that participates in the Assemblies when they are summoned, although can do it personally or delegating the vote in another member.  The sociocultural activities are totally voluntary and therefore the quality of partner does not imply participation obligatory nature.

Being A.R.A.M.A partner. 36/37 I will be able to freely visit the rest of the civil war in Asturias?

The mere fact of being A.R.A.M.A partner. it does not grant any right different from the one from the rest of the citizens. It is necessary to consider that numerous rest are located in property or lots of private titularidad where it is not due to accede without the consent of the proprietor.  In the visits organized by A.R.A.M.A. the pertinent authorizations are asked for when it comes.

I can make a donation although it is not member?

Yes As much individual as organizations they can offer his support to A.R.A.M.A. 36/37 with financial contributions and material donations. All the received aid is welcome.

A.R.A.M.A Participates. 36/37 in tribute acts, memory or exaltation of combatants or victimas?

With the purpose of conserving the confidence of all,  A.R.A.M.A. 36/37 abstain to take part in controversies from political, racial, religious or ideological order. Although it can share the sense of the event does not participate in  hactos of tribute to combatants nor in ceremonies in memory of victimas of only a side.
